Carlos' First Hair Cut

My baby is getting so big it makes me want to cry :(!!

Carlos doesn't have much hair but the hair he does have was getting so long that we budge and took him to get a trim. Our babies gotta look good too lol!!!

We took him to a cute little place by our house that is kid friendly called "Cool Cuts 4 Kids". It is super cute inside. For the little ones they have cool chairs with a T.V. where you can choose a movie for them to watch and for the big kids they have a T.V. with a game console to keep them entertained. (Ain't that something all we get when we get our hair done is a magazine that sometime is a year old!!!)  It was a bit pricey but it was his first hair cut so it was ok but next time yours truly will be cutting that hair lol!

Enjoy!!!

My face is thirsty...

For some reason my face has been super dry lately. I don't know if it's that I work from home and I am mostly indoors in the AC or if its that I have been laying out getting my tan on but whatever the reason I feel like no matter how much moisturizer I apply, its just not enough.

Since I have rosacea (redness in parts of the face, mine happen to be the cheeks), I have to be careful with what I use on my face because certain things can make the redness worse. I had been using Cetephil, and for the most part I was happy with it, however, the moisturizer was just not enough. I went back to the #1 moisturizer ever Clinique's "dramatically different moisturizing  lotion" or like I said to the assistant at the Clinique counter the "Yellow Moisturizer" :). As the assistant was talking about it she says "its like giving your face a glass of water"  and it really is!

I have been using this for a few weeks now and I LOVE it!! I have been applying it in the morning and night and now my face is as soft as a baby's bottom :)!

  What moisterizers do you use?!?!?

A La Rambo

I love to see the hubby in his military cargo shorts with a black top and sandles.. ohh he looks so SEXY!! So since I love to dress our boys like little men I had to get them their own military cargo shorts.

I will start by saying I am not a fan of  dressing our boys exactly alike. I will coordinate the colors they are wearing but never will dress them exactly alike, however, I couldn't help it with these shorts. I bought them a few months ago at The Children's Place for our family vacation to Puerto Rico. Of course they wore black shirts and their black Chuck Taylors :).

Hope you enjoy!!

Easter

Since we were in Puerto Rico during Easter we weren't able to get our boys Easter baskets, so on Tuesday when we returned from our trip I dropped the boys off,  jumped back in the car and went to Wally World (Wal-Mart) and got them a few things to made them a basket. I was lucky because everything was 50% off!! AWESOME!!! They loved it!

We even had an egg hunt for Christopher in the house. I hid those suckers everywhere the sofa, chairs dining room table everywhere, I didn’t want him to not have an egg hunt. I remember last year he made his Tio Gus and Tia Chelsea hide the eggs like 3 times in our back yard!  I love creating memories and I ADORE my boys!!!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter with their loved ones!!!

Family Vacation...

I know I have been a bit MIA, being a full time working/stay at home mom is hectic  I barely have time to breathe.

With all the chaos in our daily lives, we took a much needed break and went on a family vacation to Puerto Rico. We had an AMAZING time!!! I just want to give a huge THANK YOU to my in-laws for the wonderful hospitality.

I remember growing up, I used to dread our family vacations. My dad was that person that tried so hard to be cool, that he typically embarrassed the heck out of me no matter where we went, however, looking back now, some of my fondest memories were our family vacations. I was blessed to have travelled as much as I did with my parents.

I know once your family grows, it's harder to take family vacations, but we will attempt our best to be able to experience as much as we can with our kids and I will try my hardest not to be the embarrasing mama but I cant make promises :)
