September Shopping Wish List...

This month I am going to continue searching for basic pieces to add to my wardrobe.  Here is whats on my "wish" list...

1.  black skinny jeans
2   plum skinny jeans (since its the trending color for the fall)
3.  boyfriend jeans (these are a little tricky to find so this will be a tough find for sure!)

Gatorland

As a mother of 2 boys I have found my life to be one with many adventures. My boys love the outdoors and especially animals. Let me tell you, pretty soon my house will look like a zoo :).  I put my foot after the dog, fish and bird!

Christopher and Carlos are obsessed with "Gator boys" and "Turtleman" you should hear the Carlos yell YAYAYA every night, its hilarious! So when Chris and I decided to treat Christopher for doing so well in school we knew just the place to take them,  Gatorland .

We had a blast, they saw every gross and slimy creature their little hearts desired. We saw and feed animals, watched some pretty funny shows and let the boys cool off in their water area after the long day. It was all  little boys would enjoy lol!

FYI...  Gatorland is having a special for Florida residents of $9.99 for adult and children tickets through September 30th. I would definitely recommend spending a day there :)

Feelin' kinda wild!!!

 

I love a simple animal print blouse. It is so easy to dress up or down! With 2 kids that are always on the run you will usually find me in flats; however you can easily put on some heels and you are good to go  for a night out in the town.  I wore this simple outfit to go on a short shopping trip with the family :) Unfortunately heels never made it on my feet that night. However candy, popcorn and a movie with the family was in order  :)

My Baby is in Kindergarten!!!

 
Oh goodness I have hit old age! I might as well stock up on Bengay and Depends lol! My baby is in kindergarten!!! I swear I feel like I just had him, shit I still have the damn extra pounds to prove it lol.

It crazy yet amazing to see my baby grow. To think that I could have lost him twice during my pregnancy makes him oh so very special. Well his mommy's good looks also adds to his specialness but we will keep that under wraps lol!  As difficult as it is I have to come to terms with the fact that he is growing and there is no magic pill to slow down the process. I guess since he was in daycare he was still my little baby but now that he is in a real school its like a freight train stopped in its tracks and I realized my baby is not a baby any more :(.

Christopher is extremely smart and loves his school (he gets that from his daddy lol) Its been 3 weeks since he started school and he is doing so well. We love his school and his teacher. Here are a few pictures of his first day!

July shopping Ideas outfit...

Hola chicas! Hope you guys had a fabulous weekend!  This weekend my little familia stayed pretty low key since Mr. Isaac (hurricane) decided to head to Florida. We went to my friends daughter's birthday and did a our grocery shopping to be prepared just in case the hurricane headed this way which if the power were to go out we would be shit out of luck cuz I bought zero can goods lol. However, I have plenty of wine and water I guess I could trade with the neighbors :). Would you be my neighbor, you know that vino is tempting :).

I am also finishing my summer term in college so I also spent a great deal of my weekend sitting at my desk writing a paper. My culy's imprint was left on the chair, thank good I don't have Kim Kardashians culy or it would have burnt through the seat lol.

Do you recall my monthly shopping ideas? Here you will find my list. I am so proud of myself for keeping my shopping to those pieces I really wanted. Unfortunately the only thing I didn't find was the vest.. I will keep the my ojos (eyes) opened until I find it.

We found this bad boy in the wood. So here I am trying to be all creative with the background and we found this cool place by our home, however who would have know we would find this beast there lol. Let me tell you I have a huge mouth that is opened 9 time out of 10 and just as my husband was nagging for me to stop walking and and take the damn pic (his words) I literally stopped in my track about to eat this thing. I about shit a brick lol!

Chris turn 5!!!

My first baby turned 5!!! My sweet and gentle boy has grown so fast!!! He is an amazing son and a magnificent brother!!!!

We decided to celebrate his birthday with his friends from daycare since it's his last year there. We went to Dino World and the kids had a blast!!! The say dinosaurs, excavated dinosaur bones and found fossils in a Dino dig. It was pretty hot so we made sure to keep the kids hydrated but it was definitely a fun time!

Carlos Turns Two!!!

I cannot belive how fast time goes by! I feel like yesterday I was inthe delivery room anxiously waiting for the arrival of this bundle of joy! Carlos is an amazing little boy! He has the heart of gold and the spicy of a jalapeno!!! He has defintley completed our little family!!

Since Carlos is a bit of a dear devil we decided to have his party at Pumpit Up an indoor jumpy place. I loved it! It is very organized. The children start the party in one room where they have 90 minutes to jump then they are mooved to another room where they have a "black light" party for another 90 minutes and lastly we are moved to a room where we can have pizza and cake for 45 minutes. We had Christopher's bday there the previous year and we loved it. The party starts and end at a specific time and there is no clean up for me:)
